Right of Withdrawal
Contracts concluded in personAll contracts for participation in the Boatsharing programme are concluded in person at the service provider's premises. There is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g BGB (German Civil Code).
Exception: Distance contracts
Should a contract exceptionally be concluded exclusively using means of distance communication (e.g. by email or telephone), the consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 355 BGB. In this case, the participant will receive separate withdrawal instructions including a model withdrawal form.
